This position is responsible for developing new clients as well as maintain existing clients. An AA degree or higher, 1+ years of inside sales / customer service experience in a machinery, manufacturing industry / similar industry, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required. This is a full-time, in-person, non-exempt position with excellent benefits and 401k.

Inside Sales Duties:

• Develops sales by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport, providing technical information, and preparing quotations.
• Generates revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders, understanding and interpreting technical requirements, providing technical information, and developing accounts.
• Performs quotation processing over the phone, email and fax.
• Enter orders into the system and confirm orders to customer via email/fax.
• Process shipping instructions and packing lists to warehouse.
• Filing orders and checking customer's open orders.
• Perform physical Inventory when necessary.
• Back up billing role for the office and other branches when necessary.

Inside Sales Skills:

• Must have an AA degree or higher
• Must have 1+ years of inside sales / customer service experience in a similar industry
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
• Strong interpersonal skills (both oral and written)
