Opens a new window. We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused Outside Sales Representative to grow our presence in the heavy-duty aftermarket. This role is all about visiting shops, fleets, and yards; understanding what they need; and making sure they think of us first when it comes to parts, service, and reliability. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with truck shops, fleets, and independent mechanics Prospect new accounts and expand business with existing customers Promote and sell heavy-duty aftermarket parts, accessories, and shop supplies Provide accurate quotes, follow up on open orders, and resolve customer issues Track sales activity, territory performance, and customer needs Represent the company with professionalism, urgency, and product knowledge Coordinate with inside sales and operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment Required Experience Proven outside sales experience in heavy-duty, automotive, industrial, or related aftermarket Strong understanding of truck parts, components, and common shop needs Valid driver's license and clean driving record Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently Excellent communication and follow-through Preferred Qualifications Existing book of business in the heavy-duty aftermarket Experience selling to fleets, repair shops, or equipment yards Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Familiarity with CRM tools and territory management Compensation & Benefits Base salary + aggressive commission structure Mileage reimbursement Paid holidays, benefits, and long-term growth opportunities Stable, respected brand with decades of industry presence
