Job Description
Our San Diego office is hiring an Entry Level Sales Representative to represent AT&T through face-to-face interactions with residential customers. This Entry Level Sales Representative position focuses on understanding customer needs, presenting AT&T services, and completing new sales and enrollments. It is a strong opportunity for an Entry Level Sales Representative who is motivated by sales, enjoys working with people, and wants to develop professionally in a customer-facing environment. Entry Level Sales Representative Responsibilities As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you will: Speak directly with residential customers about AT&T products and services. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate service options. Present AT&T services clearly and professionally. Complete new customer sales and enrollments. Build positive relationships through face-to-face customer service. Maintain accurate customer information and follow sales procedures. Work toward individual and team sales goals. Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching. The Entry Level Sales Representative will represent AT&T professionally during every customer interaction while developing practical sales and communication skills. Successful Entry Level Sales Representative candidates will be expected to consistently follow the sales process and provide a positive customer experience. Entry Level Sales Representative Requirements We are seeking an Entry Level Sales Representative who is: Confident in communicating with new people. Comfortable working in a face-to-face customer environment. Motivated by goals and sales performance. Professional, dependable, and organized. Coachable and willing to learn. Able to communicate products and services clearly. Interested in developing a career in sales. Previous sales or telecommunications experience is helpful but not required.
