In this role, you will be the vital link between our dealership and prospective customers, utilizing your skills in online marketing, customer engagement, and sales management to generate leads, nurture relationships, and close auto deals. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will help create a seamless online buying experience that delights customers and boosts dealership revenue. Pay:

Responsibilities Manage and grow the online sales pipeline through targeted marketing campaigns, social media outreach, and lead generation strategies. Engage with potential customers via phone calls, emails, live chat, and social media platforms to promote vehicle inventory and services. Conduct outbound sales efforts including cold calling prospective clients to introduce available inventory and schedule appointments. Support inventory management by coordinating with the dealership team to ensure accurate vehicle listings and availability online. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, maintaining professional phone etiquette, and ensuring a positive buying experience. Qualifications Proven experience in automotive sales, retail sales or related fields. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is highly desirable. Knowledge of inventory control, automotive marketing strategies, and retail math including basic math skills for pricing calculations. Experience in outbound sales techniques such as cold calling; familiarity with BDC (Business Development Center) operations is a plus. Customer service-oriented mindset with polished phone etiquette and public speaking skills for presentations or client interactions. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; proactive attitude toward generating new business opportunities.
