Aesthetic Sales & Marketing Consultant JT Aesthetic & Co South Pasadena, CA Job Details Part-time | Full-time | Contract | Internship $5,000 - $8,000 a month 2 hours ago Qualifications Teamwork Sales experience within healthcare Content marketing Beauty & cosmetics sales CRM system proficiency Full Job Description Aesthetic Sales & Marketing Consultant South Pasadena, CA JT Aesthetic & Co. is looking for a relationship-driven consultant who enjoys both helping clients choose the right aesthetic treatments and finding creative ways to bring new clients through the door. This role combines in-person consultations, sales follow-up, and hands-on marketing support. You'll work closely with our providers and team to create a welcoming client experience, build treatment plans, and help turn campaigns and events into booked appointments. What you'll do Meet with clients to understand their goals, explain treatment options and packages, and guide them through the next steps. Follow up with new leads and existing clients by phone, text, and CRM to book consultations and maintain relationships. Present pricing and financing options clearly and help clients make informed purchase decisions. Partner with providers to ensure recommendations and expectations are accurate. Support promotions, events, referral efforts, local partnerships, and social media content planning. Share client questions and feedback with the team to help improve our messaging and campaigns. Track consultations, follow-ups, bookings, and sales results. What we're looking for Experience in consultative sales, preferably in medical aesthetics, beauty, wellness, or a similar service business. Strong follow-up habits and confidence discussing treatment plans and pricing. Comfort with social media, local marketing, and turning campaign ideas into action. Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional approach with clients. Confidence using a CRM, scheduling system, and everyday digital tools. A collaborative mindset and the ability to stay organized while managing several priorities. Medical training is not required. Clinical assessments and treatments are handled by our licensed providers.
