This is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals who enjoy working with people, learning new skills, and growing in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. We provide hands-on training in customer engagement, sales support, leadership development, and day-to-day business operations. No prior experience is required — we're looking for motivated individuals with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. This position involves working directly with customers inside a retail environment, helping educate customers on available products and services, answering questions, and assisting with account support and enrollment options.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Greet and engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Educate customers on available products, services, and promotional offers
  • Assist customers with account setup, service options, and general inquiries
  • Help customers compare plans and features based on their needs
  • Build positive customer relationships through face-to-face interaction
  • Maintain accurate customer information and basic reporting
  • Follow up on customer questions and provide ongoing support when needed
  • Learn how to handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
  • Work closely with team members and leadership to hit daily and weekly goals
  • Participate in daily team meetings and ongoing training sessions
  • Stay knowledgeable on current products, promotions, and service updates
  • Maintain professionalism and compliance while working in a retail setting
  • Assist with inventory organization, workstation upkeep, and presentation standards
  • Practice effective communication and leadership skills in a team environment
  • Develop confidence in public interaction, presentations, and customer service
  • Support management with administrative and operational tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Reliable transportation is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working with customers face-to-face
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Coachable with a strong student mentality
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required GG Generations is looking for individuals who are eager to grow professionally and build long-term skills in communication, customer relations, leadership, and business development.
