Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outside Sales professional to drive business growth and expand our market presence. In this role, you will actively seek out new sales opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and manage territory accounts to achieve sales targets. Your energetic approach and strategic mindset will be essential in delivering exceptional customer service, and closing deals that benefit both the customer and our organization. Duties Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, and lead generation strategies. Develop and manage a designated territory to maximize sales potential and ensure consistent account growth Build lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, understanding their business needs, and offering tailored solutions. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for strategic planning. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns that enhance brand awareness and generate new leads. Skills Proven experience in outside sales. Strong management skills with the ability to lead negotiations, close deals, and upsell additional products or services, training new employees, demonstrate strong leadership skills, meet and exceed company quotas. Expertise in business development strategies including lead generation, and direct sales approaches. Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities. Excellent communication skills, presenting energy solutions, and negotiating contracts. Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
