About the Role As an In-Home Sales Representative , you'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners and guide them through customized bath remodeling solutions. This is a commission-based, outside sales role where you'll use company-provided technology to design, present, and close sales in customers' homes. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system Design personalized bath solutions using our software Provide pricing and close sales during appointments Attend weekly training sessions to enhance sales skills What We're Looking For Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Previous in-home or outside sales experience preferred Home improvement or remodeling experience is a plus Reliable transportation and local residency required Confidence presenting and closing in a face-to-face environment Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting Compensation & Structure (California Compliant) Expected annual earnings: $100,000 - $180,000+ This is a commission-based position; earnings are base on individual performance Uncapped commission structure with additional bonus opportunities Top performers may exceed the stated range Additional Benefits Flexible schedule Pre-qualified leads provided (no cold calling) Ongoing sales training and development Why Join Us?
