Role:

You will receive paid training to learn how to cut, duplicate, and program car keys and fobs, while also gaining customer service and sales experience. This position offers a great entry point into a thriving industry with room for advancement.

Included locations:

We also routinely service Temecula, Oceanside, Murrieta, Lake Elsinore, Vista, Carlsbad and the surrounding areas

Key Responsibilities:

Learn to create and program car keys and fobs accurately. Assist customers with diagnosing and resolving key issues efficiently. Interact with customers, manage transactions, and close sales confidently. Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and key production using digital systems. Perform VIN retrieval, key testing, and deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

Ability to pass a background check; a clean criminal record is preferred. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred Valid driver's license with a safe driving history (MVR check required). Dependable, proactive, and eager to learn. Reliable transportation within the North San Diego county area. Comfortable with physical tasks such as vehicle info retrieval and handling key hardware.
