Full Job Description Location:
Los Angeles, CA or Houston, TX Position Overview The Aviation Fuel Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and managing relationships with general aviation and commercial aviation customers. This role focuses on originating new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and positioning Mercury Fuels as a trusted fuel supply partner. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales Identify and develop new customer relationships across aviation sectors Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline Conduct outreach through calls, meetings, and industry events Collaborate internally to create competitive pricing solutions Account Management Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts Manage contracts, renewals, and pricing discussions Monitor customer activity and identify growth opportunities Ensure high customer satisfaction Market Intelligence & Strategy Track fuel market trends and pricing benchmarks Monitor competitor activity and market opportunities Provide insights to leadership on strategy and growth Internal Collaboration Work with operations and supply teams for execution Assist with onboarding new customers Coordinate across internal teams Qualifications & Skills 2-5+ years of relevant sales experience Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated and results-driven Aviation or fuel experience preferred Key Success Metrics Revenue growth and new customer acquisition Customer retention and satisfaction Pipeline development and conversion Contribution to market expansion What We Offer Competitive Salary and performance-based incentives Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, life insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
