This position is responsible for developing new clients as well as maintaining existing clients and engaging in outside sales activities. A bachelor's degree, 2+ years of outside sales/customer service experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office is required. This is a full-time, in-person position with excellent benefits and 401k, plus bonus.

• Bilingual Japanese/English Outside Sales Representative Duties:

• Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations, and preparing quotations
• Generates revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders and developing accounts
• Enter orders into the system and confirm orders to customer
• Filing orders and checking customer's open orders
• Perform Physical Inventory when necessary
• Support outside sales inquiry needs
• Process quotation for outside sales
• Process internal transfers
• Other additional tasks may be assigned

Bilingual Japanese/English Outside Sales Representative Skills:

• Must have a bachelor's degree
• Must have 2+ years of inside sales / customer service experience in a similar industry
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
• Strong interpersonal skills (both oral and written)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to travel up to 40%
