This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional with experience across Air Freight, Ocean Freight, and integrated supply chain solutions who thrives on building relationships, winning new business, and delivering tailored logistics solutions to customers. You will play a key role in expanding our customer portfolio while working closely with operational and leadership teams in a fast-paced international environment. What You'll Be Doing Develop and win new business opportunities across international freight forwarding services Promote multi-modal logistics solutions including Air, Ocean, and value-added services Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers and strategic partners Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through onboarding Prepare and negotiate pricing proposals, RFQs, and customer quotations Identify customer supply chain challenges and provide tailored logistics solutions Manage and grow a designated sales territory to achieve and exceed targets Maintain accurate pipeline activity and reporting within CRM systems Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments Collaborate with operations teams to ensure exceptional customer experience and service delivery What We're Looking For Experience in International Freight Forwarding sales Strong knowledge of Air Freight, Ocean Freight, and multi-modal transportation solutions Proven track record of generating new business and growing customer accounts Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Commercially driven with a consultative sales approach Understanding of freight forwarding operations and industry regulations Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented mindset What's On Offer $120,000 base salary Car allowance Uncapped commission structure Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Generous paid time off Supportive and collaborative team culture Career progression opportunities within a global logistics environment If you are a driven logistics sales professional looking to make an impact in a growing international business, we'd love to hear from you.
