We are a locally owned fast-growing retail car wash known for its state-of-the-art interior and exterior complete hand car washes. Under the new management, we have committed to anyone who walks through our doors to offer quality-clean vehicles and detailing services with the ultimate goal of 100% customer satisfaction. As a car wash Sales Representative, you will be working in a fast-paced, high-energy work environment. A positive attitude along with a good team spirit is a must. This is a mid level experience job with the potential to grow into different departments and continued growth. In this energetic role, you'll engage with customers, explain our offerings, and ensure every vehicle receives top-quality cleaning and detailing. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment that keeps customers coming back. Qualifications Positive attitude Must be 18 years and older Bilingual (English/spanish) preferred car wash industry experience 5-7 years car wash sales experience 1-2 years Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their car wash experience Explain different car wash packages, detailing options, and additional services such as buffing, or interior cleaning Assist customers in selecting the best services based on their needs and preferences Operate car wash equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring vehicles are cleaned to high standards Perform vehicle detailing tasks including cleaning, buffing, and other custodial duties, to maintain quality standards Maintain the cleanliness of the work area, including janitorial tasks, to ensure a tidy environment Promote ongoing specials or loyalty programs to encourage repeat business and customer retention Skills Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude Knowledge of car wash procedures and detailing techniques such as buffing is preferred Join us in delivering sparkling clean cars while creating memorable experiences for every customer!
