• 5:00 PM What You'll Do Assist customers in person, by phone, text, and email Guide customers through the vehicle selection and buying process Conduct product presentations and test drives Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication Build relationships for repeat and referral business Track customer interactions using dealership systems Meet and exceed monthly sales goals What We're Looking For 2-3+ years of sales experience preferred (automotive not required) Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable using computers, texting, and email Motivated, goal-oriented, and reliable Professional appearance (business casual environment) Valid driver's license with good driving record Ability to obtain a California Sales License (assistance provided) Why Will Tiesiera Ford?
