SUMMARY:
The Sales Catering Coordinator is responsible for answering sales/catering office phones when sales staff is not available and respond to all sales inquiries accurately, timely, and in a professional manner.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform clerical duties such as typing correspondence and reports, filing, and answering phones Maintain and upkeep various filing systems, including vendor information where necessary Responsible for maintaining and updating sales files Coordination of all groups as contracted by the Sales team. Contact and provide appropriate follow-up on all signed/contracted business and determine and coordinate all needs of the customer Responsible for effectively communicating with the various departments to ensure that the meeting and related functions are executed to exceed the client's expectations Develops strong customer relationships through appropriate client communication and the use of professional, courteous and ethical interpersonal interaction Assist managers in scheduling appointments, meetings and travel arrangements for business trips as required Performs other related duties as assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree preferred At least one-two years of previous sales and/or catering coordinator experience required
