Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and professional Sales Development Representative to support our sales team through outbound cold calling and lead generation efforts. This role is responsible for contacting prospective customers, introducing our products, qualifying leads, and scheduling calls for the sales team. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, organized, goal-oriented, and comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily. Responsibilities Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers daily Introduce company products and promotions Identify and qualify potential business customers Generate and schedule calls for the sales team Maintain accurate notes and customer information in CRM Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication Build and maintain prospect lists Meet daily and weekly minimum call and lead generation goals Work closely with the sales team to support business growth Professionally handle objections and customer questions Qualifications Previous cold calling, telemarketing, inside sales, or customer service experience required Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers Ability to handle rejection professionally Basic computer and data entry skills Strong organizational and follow-up skills Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Preferred Traits Energetic and self-motivated Positive attitude Strong work ethic Goal-driven mindset Reliable and punctual Schedule Full-time, Monday -
