We're growing fast and looking for motivated, energetic sales reps who can help us own the market — one store at a time. If you're confident, competitive, and thrive in a high-paced environment, this could be your next move. What You'll Do Make 80+ outbound cold calls per day to retailers and distributors Perform field visits to local dispensaries and retail accounts Send follow-up emails and manage your outreach funnel Represent the brand at industry trade shows (some weekends required) Update CRM daily with lead notes, follow-ups, and status changes Collaborate with marketing and brand ambassadors to grow your territory Learn and present our product line with confidence What We're Looking For Outgoing personality and natural communicator Strong cold calling and lead follow-up skills Previous experience with CRM tools Basic comfort with Instagram and Facebook for business Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work occasional weekends for events or shows Bonus if you have: Experience in cannabis, hemp, vape, or business to business CPG sales Experience with using cannabis or hemp Why Join LITTO?
