With over seven years in the industry and continued growth, we are expanding our sales team and looking for motivated, energetic representatives who want to help us own the market — one territory at a time. If you're confident, competitive, and thrive in a high-paced environment, this could be your next move. What You'll Do Make 80+ outbound cold calls per day to retailers and distributors Perform field visits to local smoke shops and retail accounts Send follow-up emails and manage your outreach funnel Represent the brand at industry trade shows (some weekends required) Update CRM daily with lead notes, follow-ups, and status changes Collaborate with marketing and brand ambassadors to grow your territory Learn and present our product line with confidence What We're Looking For Outgoing personality and natural communicator Strong cold calling and lead follow-up skills Previous experience with CRM tools Basic comfort with Instagram and Facebook for business Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work occasional weekends for events or shows Bonus if you have: Experience in vape, smoke shop or business to business CPG sales Experience with using nicotine vape products Prior sales experience in auto sales, insurance sales, debt relief, call center or in person sales Why Join VPR Collection?
