Responsibilities Engage with prospective clients through outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings to promote our products and services, building strong relationships that foster sales growth Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visually appealing digital and print marketing materials, including brochures, banners, social media graphics, and email campaigns Design and produce high-quality logos, branding assets, motion graphics, and visual content that align with client specifications and brand standards Manage design projects from concept through completion using industry-standard graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma Prepare files for print production ensuring color accuracy, proper layout, and file integrity for various media including digital platforms and physical materials Maintain an organized workflow by managing multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and quality standards Stay updated on current design trends and marketing strategies to continuously enhance the effectiveness of visual communications Requirements Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing logo design, branding, motion graphics, digital art, and print design Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, Sketch, Figma, and Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and video editing Knowledge of web development fundamentals such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress content management system (CMS), and content management best practices Strong understanding of art direction principles, color theory, typography for media, layout design, and prepress processes for print production Ability to effectively communicate ideas visually through illustration, photo editing/manipulation, typography design for media, and digital art techniques Excellent sales skills with experience in inside sales or customer engagement strategies; ability to identify client needs and present tailored solutions confidently Technical proficiency in photo editing and photo manipulation tools; familiarity with video editing software is a plus Exceptional presentation skills combined with a professional attitude focused on delivering outstanding customer service Join us if you're eager to blend your creative talents with proactive sales efforts in a fast-paced environment!
