The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and prior experience or knowledge in the construction industry, specifically with kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects and materials. If you enjoy advising clients, closing sales, and helping them transform their spaces, we want to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers (homeowners and contractors) in our showroom or over the phone. Guide clients in selecting materials, cabinets, countertops, and fixtures for their kitchen and bath projects. Prepare quotes, estimates, and follow up with leads to close sales. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, design trends, and the remodeling process. Meet and exceed monthly sales goals set by the company. Keep the showroom area organized, clean, and presentable.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 1 to 2 years of sales experience (preferably in home improvement stores, showrooms, or construction materials).
Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with kitchen and bathroom remodeling processes, measurements, and materials.
Skills:
Excellent communication, persuasion, and attention to detail.
Languages:
Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a huge plus to effectively serve our diverse clientele. Positive, proactive attitude and a great team player.
