We are known for compassionate care, exceptional caregiver support, and strong relationships with our clients, families, caregivers, and referral partners. We are seeking an enthusiastic, professional, and relationship-focused individual to help grow our agency through client enrollment, referral development, community outreach, caregiver recruitment support, networking, and marketing efforts. We are looking for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, representing our company in the community, and helping Magnolia Healthcare continue to grow. Position Summary This position combines client intake, business development, community outreach, relationship building, networking, and local travel throughout the Denver Metro Area. The Client Intake & Business Development Coordinator is responsible for growing Magnolia Healthcare by building referral relationships, meeting with prospective clients and families, guiding the enrollment process, supporting caregiver recruitment efforts, attending community events and job fairs, and promoting Magnolia Healthcare throughout the community. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, personable, self-motivated, and comfortable helping families make important care decisions. We are looking for someone who can confidently represent Magnolia Healthcare, build trust quickly, and communicate our value in a way that feels supportive, genuine, and professional rather than high-pressure. Responsibilities Client Intake & Enrollment
  • Meet with prospective clients and families in their homes or community settings
  • Conduct intake assessments and gather required information
  • Explain Magnolia Healthcare services and available programs
  • Answer questions and help families understand their care options
  • Guide families through the enrollment process
  • Build trust and help families feel confident choosing Magnolia Healthcare
  • Follow up with prospective clients and referral sources
  • Maintain professional communication throughout the intake process Enrollment & Documentation Support
  • Collect required enrollment documents, forms, and signatures
  • Ensure intake packets and required paperwork are completed accurately
  • Communicate with case managers regarding referrals, enrollment status, and service needs
  • Maintain accurate records of referrals, client meetings, and enrollment activities
  • Follow up on missing documentation to support a smooth enrollment process
  • Coordinate with office staff to ensure timely client onboarding Business Development & Community Outreach
  • Build and maintain relationships with:
  • Case Managers
  • Social Workers
  • Hospitals
  • Rehabilitation Facilities
  • Assisted Living Communities
  • Senior Centers
  • Community Organizations
  • Conduct outreach visits throughout the Denver Metro Area
  • Attend networking events and community events
  • Develop new referral sources and strengthen existing relationships
  • Represent Magnolia Healthcare professionally within the community
  • Promote Magnolia Healthcare services and family caregiver opportunities Client Growth & Retention
  • Maintain communication with clients and families
  • Identify opportunities for service hour increases when appropriate
  • Assist with client satisfaction follow-up
  • Help address concerns before they become larger issues
  • Support long-term client retention and relationship building Caregiver Recruitment Support
  • Assist with caregiver recruiting efforts
  • Attend and represent Magnolia Healthcare at job fairs and hiring events
  • Help promote employment opportunities through social media and community outreach
  • Assist with recruiting campaigns designed to attract quality caregivers
  • Support efforts to strengthen Magnolia Healthcare's caregiver workforce Marketing & Social Media Support
  • Assist with social media engagement and outreach
  • Promote Magnolia Healthcare services and employment opportunities
  • Share company updates, caregiver recognition, educational content, and community events
  • Support marketing campaigns and community awareness initiatives
  • Respond to inquiries and connect prospective clients and caregivers with the appropriate team members Qualifications Required
  • Reliable personal vehicle
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to travel throughout the Denver Metro Area
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable meeting with clients, families, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and community partners
  • Proficient with computers, email, Microsoft Office, and web-based software
  • Professional appearance and communication skills Preferred
  • Experience in healthcare, home care, social services, recruiting, sales, marketing, customer service, business development, or client relations
  • Experience working with seniors, individuals with disabilities, or healthcare professionals
  • Community outreach, networking, recruiting, or relationship-building experience
