At Cresco, we are looking for a driven, professional Inside Sales Representative to be the face of our brand. We don't just need order-takers; we are looking for strategic sellers who understand account management, love the thrill of sales, and know how to guide a client from their first handshake to a fully outfitted restaurant. Consultative Solution Selling:

Command our showroom floor. When clients walk in, you aren't just ringing them up—you are diagnosing their needs, solving their problems, and upselling the right solutions.

Account & Project Management:

You are the ultimate partner to your clients. You'll use project management skills to oversee complex orders, coordinate kitchen build-outs, and ensure flawless execution from the purchase order to delivery.

Business Operations:

Run your desk like a true business owner. You'll collaborate with management to keep inventory accurate and write strategic purchase orders for the store. What You Bring to the Table We are looking for sales professionals who are ready to elevate their careers.

The Experience:

3+ years of proven, quota-carrying sales, outside sales, or proactive account management experience. (B2B experience is a massive plus!)

The Skills:

A solid grasp of account management principles and the light project management skills needed to keep complex deals on track.

The Hustle:

You are a dependable, highly organized self-starter who doesn't wait for the phone to ring.

Uncapped Earning Potential:

Base pay of $17.00-$21.00 per hour PLUS uncapped commissions, SPIFFS, and bonuses. Top-performing sales reps with a hunter mentality can realistically take home up to $75,000+ in their first year.

A Predictable, Balanced Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a 30- to 60-minute lunch to recharge). You will only work every other Saturday for a quick half-day (10:00 AM to 2:00 PM). Off hours may be needed from time to time for client satisfaction.

In-person action at our local branch.
