We are looking for closers. The Opportunity As a Residential Restoration Sales Executive , you will own the full sales cycle—from identifying opportunities to closing high-value restoration projects. This is a field-driven, consultative sales role where your ability to build trust, manage homeowners, and navigate insurance claims directly impacts your income. You'll operate independently, with a backend team that handles production and fulfillment—so you can stay focused on selling and earning . What You'll Do Generate new business through targeted canvassing, referrals, and inbound opportunities Conduct detailed property inspections and assess storm damage Guide homeowners through the insurance claims and restoration process Build trust and close contracts on high-value residential projects Meet with insurance adjusters and advocate for proper scope coverage Maintain clean CRM documentation (notes, photos, follow-ups) Ensure smooth handoff to production while maintaining client relationships Develop referral pipelines and local market presence

What We're Looking For Required:

Proven track record in roofing, restoration, or in-home sales Experience closing high-ticket residential deals Strong communication, objection handling, and consultative sales skills Self-driven with consistent follow-up discipline Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Comfortable working independently in a field environment

Preferred:
