Full Job Description Overview:

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) that will thrive in a quick sales cycle environment. You must be comfortable on the phone, generating interest, and qualifying prospective clients. Don't worry - We'll provide you consistent training to ensure that you are comfortable in your role.

Inside Sales Representative Pay:

We recognize that stability in income is a key factor in our employees' lives. That's why as an Inside Sales Representative at Omni Tax Solutions, you'll be paid a base salary in addition to the commissions and bonuses you earn. Earnings = Base Salary + Commission +

Bonuses Responsibilities:

Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales goals, as assigned. Strategically overcome objections given by potential clients. Resolve and document each call to a lead or prospect in CTI and Salesforce.

Ideal Team Members:
