This is not your typical car dealership role. You are not selling vehicles on the showroom floor — you are helping customers sell us their vehicle in a fast, safe, and convenient process. No automotive experience required. Generate Opportunities Handle inbound opportunities while actively prospecting and following up to create additional appointments and vehicle purchases. Drive Results Maintain high daily activity levels and consistently work your pipeline to create opportunities and hit performance goals. Stay Organized Track customer communication and follow-up accurately using dealership software and CRM tools. Collaborate With Leadership Work alongside sales managers and leadership teams to successfully acquire vehicles and create exceptional customer experiences. Who Succeeds in This Role?
