Retail Sales & Guest Services Wellness Boutique | Yoga | Spa | Community Programs Are you energized by connecting with people and helping them discover products and experiences that support their well-being? True Nature is seeking an enthusiastic Retail Sales & Guest Experience Associate who thrives in a sales-focused environment and loves introducing people to meaningful wellness products, experiences, and practices. This role is not a passive front desk position . It is an active sales and relationship-building role that supports our boutique retail sales, yoga and spa offerings, events, and community initiatives. The ideal candidate enjoys engaging guests, educating them about wellness products and experiences, and helping them discover offerings that inspire connection, healing, and self-discovery. Our campus includes a yoga studio, spa, boutique, organic café, event spaces, and a beautiful Peace Garden designed to inspire connection and personal growth. Our retail boutique features a curated collection of products supporting spiritual practice and holistic living—including books, crystals, sound healing tools, skincare, jewelry, yoga essentials, and sacred objects sourced from artisans and conscious brands. Our offerings also support the mission of the Connection is the Medicine Foundation , a nonprofit dedicated to fostering inspiration, connection, and self-discovery through educational programs, community initiatives, and wellness experiences. Every interaction with a guest is an opportunity to inspire deeper well-being and connection. Role Overview The Retail Sales and Guest Experience Associate serves as the first point of connection for our community and plays a critical role in driving retail sales and participation in our wellness offerings. This role requires someone who naturally engages with guests, builds relationships, and actively introduces them to products, classes, services, and events that enhance their wellness journey. Success in this position comes from a genuine enthusiasm for wellness and a proactive sales mindset . Key ResponsibilitiesRetail Sales & Guest Engagement (Primary Focus) Actively engage guests entering the boutique and campus with warmth, curiosity, and enthusiasm. Drive sales of boutique merchandise including: Books Crystals and sacred objectsSound healing instruments Skincare and wellness products Jewelry and artisan goods Yoga mats and accessories Educate guests on the purpose, meaning, and benefits of products to support their personal wellness journey. Maintain strong product knowledge and confidently recommend items. Meet or exceed team retail sales goals. Promote Wellness Experiences Introduce and recommend: Yoga classes and memberships Spa treatments and memberships Workshops and events Retreats and special programs Confidently "sell" experiences that support guests' physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Help guests discover offerings they may not have initially considered. Support Community Mission Share the mission of Connection is the Medicine Foundation with guests. Inform guests about community programs, educational workshops, and opportunities to support the foundation. Encourage participation and donations when appropriate. Guest Experience Create a welcoming environment where every guest feels seen, valued, and inspired. Guide guests through the campus including boutique, yoga studio, spa, garden, and event spaces. Provide recommendations tailored to each guest's interests and needs. Scheduling & Front Desk Operations Assist guests with: Yoga class registrations Spa bookings Event registrations Process retail and service transactions accurately. Maintain organized check-in flow for classes and appointments. Environment & Presentation Maintain an inviting and beautifully merchandised boutique. Restock, organize, and display products to encourage discovery and sales. Ensure the front desk and boutique areas are vibrant, welcoming, and guest-ready. What We're Looking ForSales Personality We are seeking someone who: Is naturally outgoing and enthusiastic Enjoys talking with people and building relationships Thrives in a sales-driven environment Is motivated by helping guests discover products and experiences they love Feels confident recommending products and services Ideal Qualities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Curiosity about wellness, spirituality, and holistic living Strong retail or hospitality sales instincts Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment Self-motivated and proactive (not someone who waits behind the desk) Passion for creating meaningful guest experiences Preferred Experience Retail sales Wellness, spa, or yoga environments Hospitality or boutique retail Experience with point-of-sale systems
Compensation & Benefits Pay:
