Build Relationships. Close Deals. Are you a motivated outside sales professional who thrives in the field, enjoys face-to-face selling, and knows how to build relationships? ParkM is a fast-growing technology company transforming parking management for apartment communities. We help multifamily properties replace outdated parking systems with modern, revenue-generating technology solutions and we're expanding our Houston market. We are looking for a high-performing Territory Sales Representative with experience in multifamily, apartment industry, vendor, or B2B field sales. This is a true outside sales role for someone who enjoys being on the road, prospecting daily, and developing a territory through in-person relationship building. If you prefer sitting behind a desk all day, this is not the role for you. What You'll Be Doing Own and grow a designated Houston territory through daily in-person prospecting Cold call apartment communities, property management groups, and decision-makers Conduct on-site product demonstrations and presentations Build strong relationships with property managers, regional managers, and multifamily operators Generate and manage your own sales pipeline through field activity and follow-up Attend apartment association events, networking functions, and industry trade shows Track sales activity, pipeline, and performance metrics within CRM systems Spend the majority of your workweek in the field driving between properties and meetings Why Join ParkM? Compensation and Benefits Compensation:
Base Salary:
$65,000
On-Target Earnings:
$75,000-$100,000+ in Year One Uncapped commission opportunities Residual bonus opportunities
