Sales Lead

The 100% Whole Food Bar Patter Bars are a 100% whole food energy bar. We are a female-owned, family-run company whose mission is convenient, clean energy without compromise. Patter used to make these bars for her children because she couldn't find snacks with whole-food ingredients. In 2018, her athletic son-in-law encouraged her to produce and sell them as there was nothing else like them on the market. When we say Patter Bars are just food, we mean it. You will never find fillers, binders, preservatives, sweeteners, or "natural flavors" in our bars. There is nothing processed, and no ingredient is chemically altered from its natural state.

We believe that things like sunflower lecithin and tapioca starch don't belong in a truly whole food bar. They aren't whole food.

We do believe that date paste, fruits, and nuts belong. Just as nature intended, with all the benefits of whole food intact. Farmers Market Sales Lead at Patter Bar We are seeking passionate and personable sales team members who believe in real, whole food for all. We want to give people a taste of our bar at farmer's markets and events fromMay to October 2025 on the Front Range.

Primary duties include:

• Packing and transporting goods to markets, setting up (some heavy lifting required), merchandising, and sales
• Sampling, selling, and educating customers about Patterbar, product options, and answering FAQs
• Breaking/down and loading vehicle after markets (some heavy lifting required)
• Option to expand into more paid activities for a fast growing start-up Qualifications
• Positive and enthusiastic. Self-starter, learner, and team player.
• Passion for start-ups, real food, and healthful eating required.
• Thriving in an entrepreneurial environment, flexible, innovative and creative problem solving.
• Must have access to a vehicle.
• Experience in the natural foods/cpg/start-ups preferred but not required.
• Some sales or demo experience is preferred, but not required. The 100% Whole Food Bar Compensation
• UP TO$500/

DAY:

$22/hour plus 5% of sales over $500. Bonus pay available.
