Do you love wine and know how to sell it? We re looking for a knowledgeable, customer-focused Wine Specialist & Sales Associate to join our team at our Ballpark location. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about wine, enjoys a fast-paced retail environment, and takes pride in keeping a store running smoothly day to day.

Looking ForRequired:

Experience selling wine in a retail (off-premise) or restaurant/bar (on-premise) settingStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPassion for wine, with a desire to keep learningAbility to multitask and stay organized in a busy environmentAvailability to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysReliable, self-motivated, and team-orientedBonus PointsSommelier certification or relevant wine educationExperience with boutique, organic, or low-intervention winesRetail experience including POS systems, stocking, or merchandisingHourly wage range is based on experience and knowledge. Top pay range is for someone with a lot of wine knowledge and the ability to confidently sell.

The Sales Associate position can lead to a higher position in our company for someone motivated to pursue a career with us. All of our buyers and most of our managers started as Sales Associates.
