JM Funding Group, Inc. is expanding & looking for experienced phone sales representatives to join our team in the commercial equipment financing industry. Ability to work from an office or from home, depending on previous experience and training. We offer day one training from management in skills such as prospecting, relationship building, and closing of accounts, along with on-going training throughout the course of sales development. Our representatives will call on B2B decision makers who are interested in leasing and financing equipment. Sales representatives will have the opportunity and responsibility of managing their own accounts and database. This is an exciting opportunity for energetic salespeople to join a thriving industry with a growing company and earn substantial income within the first 12 months. We offer a unique workplace environment that fosters growth and rewards performance. This inside sales position offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions which are paid monthly. Experienced phone representatives make between $75,000-$100,000 (salary plus uncapped commissions). We provide warm leads and an opportunity to make substantial income in the first year!

Equipment Leasing Sales Representative Expectations:

Learn our business model and provide continued first class service to our customers. Deliver equipment and financing services to businesses over the phone with a professional and energetic demeanor. Calling warm prospects and developing relationships. Must have sales experience and ability to drive a build a pipeline within 6 months. We will provide qualified leads to established reps. Developing ways to originate and close deals in line with industry practices. Must be a team player and willingness to work independently.

Sales Representative Qualifications:

A Minimum of 2 years of equipment leasing sales or phone sales experience. College degree is preferred, but not necessary. Recent graduates are welcome to apply. Must be self-motivated with the ability to make a high volume of calls during 90-120 days until pipeline is formed. Must be a highly motivated individual with a desire to produce results. Strong written and verbal skills. Must be a self starter and have an enjoyment to learn sales. Must be a team player. Proficient computer skills.
