Access ongoing professional development from some of the best trainers in the industry. HVAC Comfort Consultant Conduct in-home consultations to assess HVAC needs and recommend tailored solutions. Present products and services clearly, including system benefits, warranties, and financing options. Generate and follow up on leads from various sources, maintaining a strong sales pipeline. Achieve or exceed sales goals while delivering a high-quality customer experience. Build lasting client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up. Collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure accurate project execution. Stay up to date on HVAC technologies, product offerings, and industry trends. Accurately complete sales documentation, proposals, and all other required documentation. Other job duties as assigned.

Requirements:

2-3 years of sales experience. Industry experience strongly preferred. Strong follow-up and closing skills. Strong verbal and written communications. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Clean background check. Proficient with service software (e.g., Service Titan).
