Route Sales Representative

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Route Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving designated routes to deliver products, service products, build relationships with customers, and ensure their satisfaction. Your ability to upsell and provide exceptional customer service will be key to your success in this position. You will play a vital role in maintaining our brand's reputation and expanding our customer base. Duties Drive assigned routes to deliver products to customers in a timely manner. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent service. Upsell additional products and services during each visit to maximize sales opportunities. Manage inventory levels on the route and ensure accurate pricing of products. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and deliveries. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction. Organize daily schedules efficiently to optimize route performance. Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities within the territory. Service units on route Qualifications Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred. Strong upselling skills with a focus on meeting customer needs. Excellent organizational skills to manage routes effectively. Basic math skills for handling transactions and pricing. Ability to drive safely and efficiently while adhering to traffic regulations. Military experience is a plus, demonstrating discipline and commitment. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members. A valid driver's license is required.
