We are seeking a motivated Enrollment Representative to support the growth of a nationally recognized senior healthcare program serving frail and underserved older adults. This role is ideal for someone with healthcare sales, admissions, intake, or managed care experience who enjoys building relationships with referral partners while also guiding families through the enrollment process. This is a true field-based role where you will work directly with hospitals, physicians, senior living communities, case managers, caregivers, and prospective participants to educate, coordinate, and successfully enroll eligible seniors into a life-changing care program.
What You'll Do:
Build Relationships & Generate Enrollments Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, healthcare providers, senior living communities, case managers, and community referral sources Meet with prospective participants and caregivers to explain program benefits and guide them through enrollment Conduct intake meetings, home visits, center tours, and follow-up appointments Utilize consultative sales techniques to move prospects through the enrollment process Act as the primary point of contact throughout qualification, Medicaid coordination, and onboarding Manage the Enrollment Process Maintain accurate real-time updates in CRM systems Coordinate required documentation and application steps with participants and families Collaborate with internal eligibility, operations, and clinical teams to ensure smooth enrollments Present participant cases to internal enrollment teams and advocate for prospective enrollees Help individuals navigate Medicaid enrollment and healthcare eligibility requirements Deliver an Exceptional Experience Provide high-touch customer service to seniors, caregivers, and referral partners Support smooth transitions into the program after enrollment Strengthen community awareness through outreach and relationship-building efforts Identify opportunities for additional referrals and community partnerships What We're Looking For 2+ years of successful healthcare sales, admissions, intake, enrollment, or business development experience Background working with: Hospitals Skilled nursing facilities Senior living communities Home health or hospice Medicare Advantage or Medicaid managed care plans Healthcare insurance or post-acute care settings Proven ability to "close" and manage a consultative sales process Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, Playmaker, or similar Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance required Why Join Us?
