Our client is seeking a high-performing DME Outside Sales Representative to expand business and strengthen referral partnerships throughout the Denver metro area. This role is ideal for a proven territory sales professional with established relationships across the healthcare community who enjoys building long-term partnerships and growing market share. RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop, maintain, and expand referral relationships with hospitals, physician offices, case managers, discharge planners, and other healthcare partners throughout your territory
Grow existing accounts while identifying and securing new referral sources to drive territory expansion
Educate referral partners on DME products, services, and reimbursement requirements
Execute strategic territory plans, maintain an active sales pipeline, and manage account activity through CRM
Partner with internal operations, intake, and customer service teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
Represent the organization within the healthcare community while serving as a trusted resource to referral partners
QUALIFICATIONS
Direct outside sales experience within the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) industry
Established relationships with healthcare referral sources, including hospitals, physician offices, case managers, and discharge planners
Proven success growing a territory through relationship-based selling and business development
Strong communication, presentation, and account management skills
Valid driver's license with the ability to travel throughout the Denver metro area
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position offers a competitive base salary of $100,000-$120,000, depending on experience, plus an uncapped monthly commission plan with realistic on-target earnings exceeding $200,000. Benefits include a company vehicle, medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and other competitive benefits.
