Position:
Seed Sales Representative A prominent player in the agriculture industry, known for its commitment to innovation and excellence. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Seed Sales Representative to contribute to their dynamic team.
Seed Sales Representative Responsibilities:
Develop and nurture strong relationships with farmers and agricultural clients. Conduct strategic cold calls and on-site visits to establish and expand customer connections. Implement effective retention strategies, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Manage and cover an agreed-upon territory, providing the freedom to maximize your earning potential.
Seed Sales Representative Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive base salary commensurate with experience. Realistic first-year income potential of $100,000 base salary + commissions. Possibility of a company vehicle; candidates with personal vehicles and expenses will be considered (open for discussion). Opportunities for career growth and advancement within the organization.
Seed Sales Representative Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in the agriculture industry. Strong agricultural background with a comprehensive understanding of seasonal expectations. Proven track record of engaging in cold calls and on-site visits. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships.
