Commission-eligible position Job Summary Serenity Soul Stones is seeking an engaging part-time Live Sale Host & Sales Associate to join our team. This position is eligible to earn commission. The ideal candidate has an interest in crystals and minerals, strong communication skills, and a passion for customer service. Responsibilities include hosting interactive live sales, helping customers with purchases, and packaging orders for accurate, safe, and attractive delivery. ResponsibilitiesLive Sale Hosting Host live sales to present, describe, and sell crystals and minerals. Engage with viewers by answering questions, responding to comments, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Explain product details, including mineral varieties, appearance, dimensions, sourcing information, and care instructions. Display and handle products professionally and keep the presentation area organized. Promote special deals, giveaways, and featured products. Collaborate with the team to plan live shows and promotions. Monitor viewer engagement and sales, adjusting presentation style or pace as needed. Sales & Customer Service Assist customers with product questions and selections. Provide friendly, knowledgeable service and recommend products based on customer preferences. Process purchases accurately and follow established sales procedures. Help maintain organized, attractive product displays. Packaging & Order Fulfillment Verify order details and match sold items to customer purchases. Carefully package crystals and minerals to protect them during shipping. Print and apply accurate shipping labels. Organize orders for courier pickup or drop-off. Maintain a clean and organized packaging area. Skills & Qualifications Strong on-camera presence and confidence in a live setting. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of crystals and minerals, or a willingness to learn. Sales or retail experience preferred. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to transition smoothly between hosting, customer service, and order fulfillment. Reliable, punctual, and available for a part-time schedule that includes evening and weekend live sales. Experience with live streaming, online sales, or social media engagement is a plus.

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 8.0 - 24.0 per week
