We specialize in driveways, patios, and walkways, and generate a consistent flow of inbound leads. This role is focused on meeting homeowners, building trust, and converting opportunities into closed jobs. This is not a cold-calling role — leads are provided. Success in this position comes down to communication, confidence, and the ability to close. Responsibilities Meet homeowners at scheduled estimate appointments Measure and assess project scope (driveways, patios, walkways) Clearly explain our process and value to customers Build trust and guide customers to a decision Follow up with leads and maintain communication Close deals and generate revenue Qualifications Previous sales experience preferred (in-home, construction, or home services a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident, professional, and self-motivated Ability to think on your feet and handle objections Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Compensation Structure $2,000/month base salary Commission on closed deals Realistic earnings: $80,000-$120,000+ Higher earning potential for top performers What We Offer Consistent inbound leads (no cold calling required) Established and growing company Strong earning potential with uncapped commission Opportunity to grow within the company Schedule Full-time Flexible scheduling based on appointments Must be available for evenings/weekends as needed About Us The Concrete Company is a residential concrete contractor serving the Denver metro area.
