Job Description
Candaze Rosin Treats is seeking a motivated and experienced sales individual to join our team as a Cannabis Edibles Sales Representative covering southern Colorado. This role involves promoting and selling Candaze branded cannabis edibles to licensed dispensaries. Candidates with previous experience in cannabis sales in the Colorado Springs, Pueblo, Walsenburg, or Trinidad markets are strongly preferred. You exclusive territory will be the I-25 corridor from Colorado Springs south to Trinidad, including Fountain, Pueblo, Pueblo West, Colorado City, Rye, Walsenburg & Las Animas. This is a W-2 position that is compensated 100% by commission and requires a MED occupational badge. We're looking for someone who can increase our current saturation in the territory and grow the brand with customers. The duties to be successful in this position include: Conduct client calls and in-person dispensary visits across the territory Engage with dispensaries to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products Provide information on different SKUs, dosing, and consumption methods, including budtender education on what makes rosin different from distillate Build and maintain relationships with buyers and store teams to ensure repeat business Increase sales through up-selling, add-on selling, and cross-selling Create and submit sales orders and manage client invoices Collections including follow up on outstanding invoices in your territory Assist support staff to ensure delivery of products ordered by clients Communicate and coordinate with the production team on inventory and par levels Maintain current knowledge of MED regulations and compliance requirements Stay updated on industry trends, competitor pricing, and new product offerings, and report what you're seeing back to us Maintain a culture of high quality customer service and communication This is a field-based outside sales position. The substantial majority of your working time will be spent away from our facility, calling on and visiting accounts in your territory.
