® services Calmly and professionally communicate with customers regarding their needs, questions, and concerns Provide timely feedback to management regarding customer concerns Directly and accurately input information in to "Movers Who Care®" software to estimate cost for customers, schedule needs for movers, drivers and trucks, and document customer issues or complaints regarding products and services Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting the best solution to expedite resolution Follow up with customer regarding post-move check ins and claim(s) to ensure resolution is complete All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. Associates degree in related field preferred A minimum of six months to one year of customer service and/or office experience is preferred.
