Field Sales Representative Storm Damage Roofing (Entry Level Welcome)

Roof Technologies LLC is an insurance restoration roofing company operating across Colorado. When hail or windstorms hit, we deploy our van team into affected neighborhoods to identify homeowners with roof damage, walk them through the insurance claims process, and close the job. We're not looking for people who want to clock in and clock out. We're looking for hungry, competitive, people-oriented closers who want to be paid on what they produce — and who understand that in this industry, a single storm event can generate life-changing commission checks. Close 1 job a week at our average deal size and you're looking at $100,000-$140,000+ annually. The work is hard. The pay is real.

CAPTAIN OPPORTUNITY

We're actively looking for standout individuals who show leadership potential to step into a Captain role. The Captain manages daily team operations, routes, and accountability — reporting directly to the Sales Manager. If you've led teams before and want a path toward a leadership role in field sales, make sure you mention it when you apply. Compensation for Captain could be anywhere from 120k-200k

Pay:
