We are looking for a Performance Specialist with a strong background in Baseball/Softball to work out of our partner facility. You will:

Coach & Program Deliver high-level training sessions Build and adjust individualized programs Run performance evaluations Own Your Book of Business Generate leads (networking, outreach, referrals, events) Convert consultations into paying clients Retain and grow your client base Sell (Daily Expectation) Follow up with leads Close training packages Hit personal and team revenue goals Market Yourself Build your presence (social media, community, relationships) Represent Elite in events, camps, and outreach Create opportunities—not wait for them Track Performance Client results Sales numbers Retention rates Session volume What We're Looking For Strong sales mindset (this is critical) Ability to build relationships and close deals Confidence in communication and leadership High energy, accountability, and consistency Passion for fitness, performance, and growth Minimum Requirements Degree in Kinesiology/Exercise Science OR 2+ years experience National certification (NSCA-CSCS, NASM, or equivalent preferred) Proven ability (or strong willingness) to sell and retain clients Experience in sports performance or speed training CRM or KPI tracking experience Internship with Elite Speed Master's degree in related field The Reality of This Role Expect long, active days on your feet Expect to work 6 days/week availability Expect to be pushed to grow—professionally and personally Expect to be measured by results (client + revenue) What You Get High earning potential (performance-based) Bonuses tied to results Health benefits (medical, dental, vision) Paid time off Sales training + mentorship Continuing education support Real career growth in a scaling company Bottom Line If you want an easy job, this isn't it.
