Job Summary Spartan Solutions is hiring Entry-Level B2B Sales Representatives in Berlin, CT to support our telecommunications campaigns. This role focuses on business sales, customer acquisition, and account management , working directly with business clients to provide solutions that fit their needs. This is a full-time position with paid training , ideal for individuals looking to start a career in sales, business development, or marketing . Weekly Pay of $800
  • 1,100 plus additional bonuses
Duties:
Engage with business customers to introduce telecommunications products and services Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions Assist with new account acquisition and setup Build and maintain professional relationships with clients Track sales activity and work toward individual and team goals Participate in ongoing training and team meetings
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Goal-oriented and motivated to learn Ability to work in a team environment Interest in sales, business, or marketing Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required Must have reliable transportation
