Responsibilities Actively engage with potential customers through outbound calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries to generate new sales opportunities. Conduct detailed vehicle presentations, highlighting features, benefits, and financing options to meet customer needs. Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline by tracking leads, follow-ups, and closing deals efficiently using CRM software. Negotiate terms of sale with customers to ensure mutual satisfaction while maximizing dealership profitability. Upsell additional products such as warranties, service packages, and accessories to enhance the customer experience. Maintain organized inventory management records and assist with inventory control to ensure vehicle availability aligns with sales goals. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing questions promptly, demonstrating professionalism, and ensuring a positive buying experience. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail automotive sales is highly preferred. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication and public speaking abilities. Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases. Familiarity with CRM software, inventory management systems, and retail math is advantageous. Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively from cold calling to closing deals. Knowledge of automobile sales processes, dealership operations, and inventory control practices. Exceptional phone etiquette and outbound sales experience are essential for success in this role.
