Job Summary Join our dynamic automotive sales team as an Automotive Sales Consultant, where your enthusiasm and expertise will drive customer satisfaction and sales success. In this energetic role, you will engage with prospective buyers, showcase our premium vehicle inventory, and guide clients through the entire sales process. Your passion for automobiles combined with exceptional communication skills will help you build lasting customer relationships, close deals efficiently, and contribute to the dealership's growth. Duties Actively engage with potential customers through outbound calls, cold calling, and in-person interactions to generate new sales opportunities. Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits confidently, tailoring presentations to meet individual customer needs. Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track leads, follow-ups, and client interactions. Negotiate pricing, financing options, and terms to close high-end passenger car sales while ensuring customer satisfaction. Build strong relationships with clients by providing outstanding customer service, understanding their preferences, and offering personalized solutions. Upsell additional products such as extended warranties, service packages, and accessories to maximize sales revenue. Collaborate with the sales team on inventory management, stock levels, and promotional activities to optimize dealership performance. Maintain professional phone etiquette and client communication standards to foster trust and repeat business. Support the dealership's sales management goals by achieving or exceeding individual and team sales targets regularly. Stay informed about automotive industry trends, financing options, and competitor offerings to provide expert advice. Experience Proven experience in automotive industry sales or retail sales roles with a focus on passenger cars or high-end vehicles. Demonstrated success in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or B2C (business-to-consumer) environments. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships. Experience using CRM software for managing leads, tracking interactions, and supporting outbound sales efforts. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously within a fast-paced setting. Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are highly desirable for engaging diverse customer bases. Familiarity with automotive financing options and inventory control processes is advantageous. Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—and public speaking capabilities to confidently present vehicle features and benefits. Previous dealership experience or automotive financing knowledge is preferred but not mandatory; a passion for cars and customer service is essential.
