We specialize in PVC trim boards, PVC sheets, mouldings, custom millwork, and outdoor building products for contractors, builders, and homeowners across the country. This is a fast-paced position for someone who is highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable handling quotes, orders, and product questions while working closely with our warehouse and fabrication teams. Responsibilities Answer customer calls, emails, and quote requests Process orders and follow up on leads Assist customers with product selection and pricing Coordinate freight shipments and local deliveries Work with contractors, builders, and homeowners Maintain customer relationships and provide excellent support Learn PVC trim, sheet goods, mouldings, and custom fabrication products Communicate with warehouse and production teams to ensure accurate orders Qualifications Inside sales or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Ability to multitask and solve problems quickly Experience with building materials, millwork, lumber, PVC products, or fabrication is a plus Computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude Bilingual English/Spanish or Portuguese is a plus Hours 7AM-4PM Monday-Friday and Occasional Saturdays 7AM-11AM What We Offer Competitive pay Opportunity for growth Full-time position Supportive team environment Hands-on experience in a growing specialty building products company
