Storm Shield CT LLC is looking for a motivated, bilingual, and customer-focused Home Improvement Sales Representative to join our team. We are seeking an individual with strong communication, customer service, and sales skills, preferably with experience in the home improvement industry. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business, developing customer relationships, visiting residential properties, presenting our services, preparing estimates, following up with potential customers, and closing sales. This position involves selling a variety of home improvement services, not just roofing. Responsibilities Generate and develop new customer leads. Contact potential customers by phone, text, and other communication methods. Follow up with leads provided by the company. Visit residential properties and meet with homeowners. Identify customers' home improvement needs. Present and explain the company's services. Promote a variety of home improvement services, including: Roofing Siding Gutters Windows Doors Interior Remodeling Painting Masonry Other home improvement services offered by the company. Prepare estimates and sales proposals. Follow up with potential customers. Negotiate and close sales. Maintain accurate customer records and sales information. Coordinate with the office and production teams. Meet established sales goals. Represent Storm Shield CT LLC professionally. Requirements Bilingual in English and Spanish. Sales and customer service experience. Reliable personal vehicle. Valid driver's license. Current auto insurance. Ability to travel and visit customers throughout Connecticut. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain customer relationships. Organized, responsible, and punctual. Ability to work independently. Smartphone and access to email. Willingness to learn about home improvement services. Preferred Experience Experience in the following areas is preferred: Home Improvement Sales. Outside Sales. Direct Sales. Roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and remodeling. Residential construction or renovation. Preparing estimates and proposals. Customer follow-up and closing sales. CRM or customer management systems. Roofing experience is not required. We welcome candidates with general sales experience who are motivated to learn about our different home improvement services. Compensation Compensation will be discussed during the interview based on experience and the employment arrangement. Commission opportunities, sales incentives, and other compensation options may be discussed. Schedule and Work Location Full-time or part-time opportunities. Work throughout Connecticut. Property visits and customer appointments. Flexible schedule based on appointments and customer needs. Availability for occasional evening or weekend appointments may be required.
