The Home Improvement Sales Representative will interact with customers in neighborhoods, developing expertise in LeafGuard's technology and the no-clog guarantee that sets it apart from competitors As a Home Improvement Sales Representative, you'll advise customers on how Leafguard systems enhance their properties. You'll evaluate home exteriors, demonstrate product advantages, and translate improvement opportunities into actionable solutions. Through demonstrations and follow-ups, the Home Improvement Sales Representative strengthens both customer satisfaction and sales outcomes. Role Requirements for a Home Improvement Sales Representative Connect with customers in a welcoming way to introduce LeafGuard's home‑improvement solution through simple sales discussions.
Observe exterior home conditions:
leaf buildup, gutter overflow, or drainage issues, to identify improvement opportunities. Schedule LeafGuard consultations for homeowners interested in improving their home protection. Provide clear, approachable explanations of how LeafGuard prevents clogs and supports home‑improvement goals. Maintain organized outreach materials that highlight LeafGuard's reliability. Support sales activity with warm, consistent follow‑up to keep homeowners informed. What You'll Gain as a Home Improvement Sales Representative Cultivates deep expertise in the water management and exterior sales cycle. Enhances interpersonal skills through high-stakes interactions with diverse homeowners. Builds a reputation by representing a household name in home-improvement sales. Grants the advantage of selling a patented system that eliminates all sales competition. Qualities of a Home Improvement Sales Representative Experience in sales or customer support is a plus. Prior Home Improvement Sales Representative experience is highly desirable. Organized and dependable when managing outreach routes, leads, and follow‑up. Positive, solution‑focused mindset that supports clear sales recommendations. Genuine enthusiasm for improving home safety and reducing maintenance needs.

$4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
