Position:

Construction Sales Trainee We are hiring motivated sales reps ready to step into a rewarding home improvement career! No roofing sales experience required

Responsibilities:

Canvass neighborhoods to find homes with roof damage Perform basic roof inspections (training provided) Talk with homeowners about roofing solutions and insurance claims Set appointments and help close sales

Requirements:

Previous sales experience, canvassing or hospitality experience (server, bartender or waiters are welcome!) Comfortable working outdoors and talking to people Willing to learn and stay motivated Able to climb a ladder for inspections Reliable transportation (car or truck)

Compensation:
