Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Stylist to join our team. As a Sales Stylist, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our boutique and driving sales. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

Duties:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals
• Exceed all KPI goals through amazing in store experiences with clients
• Engage with clients and connect with them while styling them
• Continue the relationship after the sale through effective client outreach

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Retail Sales
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively
