Position Summary:

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our retail sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will assist customers in selecting AT&T wireless products, services, and accessories that best meet their needs, while providing an outstanding in-store experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and determine their needs within a retail environment Recommend appropriate AT&T products and services to customers Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals Maintain knowledge of current promotions and product features Support visual merchandising and store presentation standards Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) system skills Must be 18 years or older
